At Reid's 6-month checkup Dr. O'Reilly gave us the go ahead on water. He's allowed to have 1-ounce of water a day in a sip cup. Well, we tried it and he loved it. I'm not certain he loves the water, or the coldness on his gums. Either way, it's been a successful distraction for car rides. He still doesn't enjoy the car seat, but hand him the sippy and he's pretty happy.
